After your account has been configured, you should see updated data at least 4 times per day.
Please check the following things on your child's device (Note: If any of these items are 'greyed out' and can't be clicked, go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn that OFF, but don't forget to turn it back on when you're done).
1. In Settings-(Childname)-iCloud
(a) Is the iCloud Storage full? If so, you'll need to upgrade the plan or share storage with another family member.
(b) Turn Messages ON.
(c) Turn Keychain ON.
2. In Settings-Messages
(a) Turn iMessage ON.
(b) In Text Message Forwarding, turn SaferKid ON.
(c) In Send & Receive, if you see "Use your Apple ID for iMessage," tap it and sign in with the child's Apple ID.
(d) In the section under "YOU CAN RECEIVE IMESSAGES TO AND REPLY FROM", are all phone numbers and Apple IDs checked? If not check them.
You do not need to contact us if you make configuration changes. They make 12-24 hours to go into effect.
