If the account is set up, and you're seeing data but some or all Safari History is missing, please check the following:
1. On your child's device, go to Settings-(childname)-iCloud. If Safari is OFF, turn it ON.
Note: If you can't click (childname) because it's greyed out, go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn that OFF.
2. On your child's device, go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions.
a. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned OFF, turn it ON.
b. In Content Restrictions-Web Content select Limit Adult Websites
If you made any changes in 1 or 2 above, wait 12 hours to see if data appears.
