After your account has been configured, it can take 24 hours for content to begin to appear.
After this, you should see updated data at least 4 times per day.
If you're not seeing data, go to SaferKid.com/help and click on the device you are having trouble with. Then click HELP. If there are no special instructions there, please check the following things on your child's device (Note: If any of these items are 'greyed out' and can't be clicked, go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn that OFF, but don't forget to turn it back on when you're done).
1. In Settings-(Childname)-iCloud
(a) Is the iCloud Storage full? If so, you'll need to upgrade the plan or share storage with another family member.
(b) Turn Messages ON.
(c) Turn Keychain ON.
2. In Settings-Messages
(a) Turn iMessage ON.
(b) In Text Message Forwarding, turn SaferKid ON.
(c) In Send & Receive, under YOU CAN RECEIVE IMESSAGES TO AND REPLY FROM, are all phone numbers and Apple IDs checked? If not:
(I) Check them
You do not need to contact us if you make configuration changes. You should see updated data in 12-24 hours.
