Having trouble getting the apps to come back on on your child's device?
Do these three things, and if they don't work, contact us:
1. Make sure the device is unlocked and connected to wifi or your wireless carrier. It won't work otherwise.
2. Note what it says on top of the Parental Superpowers screen.
3. Try to manually toggle it by clicking Enable Now and then Disable Now a couple of times.
If that doesn't work, please contact us with what it said in Step 2 above and what it says after completing Step 3 above.
