After your account has been configured, you should see updated data at least 4 times per day.Sometimes the child device is not configured properly.
If you are not, please do the following:
1. Go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn that OFF (turn back ON at the end)
2. In Settings-(Childname)-iCloud
(a) Is the iCloud Storage full? If so, you'll need to upgrade the plan or share storage with another family member.
(b) Turn Messages ON.
(c) Turn Keychain ON.
3. In Settings-Messages
(a) Turn iMessage ON.
(b) In Settings-Messages-Text Message Forwarding, turn SaferKid ON.
(c) In Settings-Messages-Send & Receive,
(I) if you see "Use your Apple ID for iMessage," tap it and sign in with the child's Apple ID.
(II) In the section under "YOU CAN RECEIVE IMESSAGES TO AND REPLY FROM", are all phone numbers and Apple IDs checked? If not check them all.
4. Go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn that back ON
You do NOT need to contact us if you make configuration changes. They take 12-24 hours to go into effect.
If you have tried all of these things and are still not seeing texts or some are missing, please contact us for assistance.
